How we process your personal data
As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in all EU countries. In Sweden, it replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act. This strengthens protection of your personal data, and your right to know what it is used for and how it is processed by us at Eco Log Sweden AB.
Eco Log Sweden AB may need to collect, receive, or otherwise process your personal data. Personal data is any kind of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person who is alive. Any kind of processing that can be performed on personal data – such as storage, screening, distribution, and copying – is considered processing of personal data.
If you submit an inquiry, or are a customer or supplier of Eco Log Sweden AB, we will process your personal data. This also applies if, for example, you attend a trade show we organize, or if you upload a video or photo to our social media channels, websites, and more.
Processing of personal data must have a legal basis
All processing of personal data must have a legal basis. Eco Log Sweden AB operates in a wide range of areas. Therefore it is not possible to describe the legal basis for each individual instance of processing here on the website. If you want to know more about what data we process on you, please contact Eco Log Sweden AB.

Eco Log Sweden AB has an internal GDPR department. The GDPR department’s role is to monitor compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, provide advice and support, help you as a registered user, and act as a point of contact with the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
